【日本国内発送／送料について】

Maika Handworksの商品は、すべてオーナーであるMaika自身が一点ずつ丁寧にラッピングし、神奈川県鎌倉市より心を込めて発送させていただいております。（業者委託発送などはしておりません。）ご注文をいただいてから発送まで、1日〜5日程度お時間を頂戴する場合がございますこと、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

送料は商品ごとの重さによって異なります。すべての商品をカートにお入れいただき、国名をご選択いただくと、ご決済前に送料（shipping）をご確認いただけます。

送料の目安：

• 薄手のトップス1枚または薄手のワンピース一枚／スカーフ1枚 → ゆうパケット 全国一律400円

• ジャンプスーツ1枚 → 関東エリア 約800円〜

 

国内へのお届けには、祝日・休日を除き発送から通常1〜3日程度お時間を頂戴いたします。

発送が完了いたしましたら、追跡番号を記載したメールをお送りいたします。

【手染めアイテムについて】

藍染めやベンガラ染めなど、手作業による染色を施したアイテムにつきましては、染めムラ（色の濃淡や小さな斑点など）が見られる場合がございます。

返品・交換について

当ショップでは、一点ものや少量生産を行っており、発送業務を含めすべてオーナーひとりで対応しておりますため、
不良品を除く返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

万が一、明らかな不良がある場合は、商品到着後24時間以内にメールにてご連絡くださいませ。
その後、7日以内にご返送いただき、到着後に確認のうえ、交換またはご返金にて対応させていただきます。

なお、以下のような理由による返品・交換はお受けできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください：

• サイズが合わない

• 商品の色味や風合いがイメージと異なる

• お客様都合によるキャンセル

Shipping cost by weight. UPS minimum shipping cost to US is approx. ¥2700

To EU approx. ¥3100.

1-2 dresses or 1-2 bottoms : approx.¥2700 to US , approx. ¥3100 to EU.

1 earrings or 1-2 scarves : approx.¥2700 to US. approx. ¥3100 to EU.

Please do understand Maika Handworks has no control of shipping once an order has been shipped also Maika Handworks is not responsible for lost packages or damaged during shipping. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, the post services are responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.

【Shipping & Delivery】

Each item is personally wrapped and shipped by me (Maika) from Japan via Yamato Transport’s International Courier Service, which connects with UPS for delivery overseas.

Delivery generally takes 10 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs or other circumstances beyond my control.

Once your order has been shipped, I will email you a tracking number.

【Preventing Delivery Issues】

To avoid delivery problems, please provide an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours (a business address is recommended).

If you are ordering before going on vacation, please place your order well in advance. 

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected in time, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

All international shipments require a signature upon delivery for tracking and security purposes.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

【Returns & Exchanges】

Since each item is handmade in limited quantities and I personally handle all aspects of production and shipping, I kindly ask for your understanding that returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except in cases of defective products.

If you do receive an item with a clear defect, please contact me by email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include photos showing the damaged areas so that I can assist you promptly.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

• The item does not fit

• The color or texture is different from what you expected

• Cancellation due to personal preference or change of mind

Many of my garments are hand-dyed using natural dyes like indigo or Bengara. These may feature uneven tones or subtle variations, which are part of the unique charm of hand-dyed textiles and are not considered defects.
